Me & My Path

I am a devoted wife and  a working Mom of  3 cool, funny and busy, school aged kids. I live a vibrant and demanding home life full of commitments and organized chaos.  Amongst the ups and downs of life, I have walked nearly 8 years of unwavering sobriety.  I have learned how to hold mental wellness, motherhood and daily responsibilities with steadiness, grace and acceptance of imperfection.

I know what it feels like to live in a world whispering that a drink is the reward we "deserve".   I also know how uncomfortable (and often initially unreachable), it is to "white-knuckle"  replacing a drink with something like going to the gym or eating healthy.

My own journey has shown me that sobriety requires a multi-layered approach grounded deeply in personal honesty, harm reduction and individualized planning.

It is part of my mantra that entering sobriety must look very different than maintaining sobriety.  And it is crucial to walk the path we are on before we run the path we haven't yet reached.

From this, my heart is in helping others walk their path - whether they're ready for sobriety or gently leaning into the possibility of a more sober-curious life.

I aim to meet you where you are, and walk beside you every step.

My approach

My personal journey with sobriety enables me to truly understand the mindset of someone whose life revolves around alcohol. I provide a safe space where you can be honest about your struggles without shame, knowing that the more open you are, the closer you are to finding solutions. With nearly 8 years of sobriety, I offer a unique perspective and unwavering belief that sobriety is possible.

Sobriety is possible

If you could only learn one thing about my coaching, let it be this: sobriety  is absolutely attainable.

I am dedicated to helping you walk your own path to wellness, while providing the support and guidance you need, every step of the way.

"The Wildflower Path has been a beacon of hope. Their understanding and support made all the difference in my journey to sobriety."
